Terms of Service & Pause-Until-Delivered SLA
Plain-language commercial terms governing StackSolutions.dev outcome packages operated by Veristria AS (Kleppe, Norway).
1. Service Operator & Scope
StackSolutions.dev is operated by Veristria AS, Kleppe, Norway (support@veristriagroup.com). StackSolutions delivers Done-For-You commercial outcomes in linear 30-day subscription blocks using Veristria’s proprietary StackToolbox (StackShortlist, StackOutreach, and StackCaller).
2. Deliverable Definitions (“What Counts”)
A deliverable counts only when a named decision-maker matching the agreed target geography and buyer profile replies positively requesting pricing, a quote, a sample, or direct follow-up conversation. Auto-replies, bounces, out-of-office messages, and declines never count toward quota.
A deliverable counts as a verified human commercial click/visit from targeted outreach and partner placements to the client’s designated landing URL, excluding bots and automated crawlers.
A deliverable counts as a confirmed calendar appointment with a qualified decision-maker matching the brief. Unexcused no-shows that do not reschedule are replaced in the active quota at no extra cost.
3. Billing Structure & Pause-Until-Delivered SLA
Day-1 Billing: Initial checkout bills the first 30-day block subscription plus a one-time 50% campaign setup fee covering StackShortlist dataset curation, mailbox allocation, and custom angle engineering. Subsequent monthly renewals bill only the recurring block rate.
Pause-Until-Delivered Commitment: If a 30-day billing cycle reaches day 30 before 100% of the ordered block quota has been delivered, recurring Stripe collection is paused automatically (pause_collection.behavior = 'void') while StackSolutions continues fulfillment at $0 additional cost until the full quota is completed, at which point normal monthly billing resumes unless cancelled by the client.
4. Cancellation & Governing Law
Subscriptions may be cancelled prior to any upcoming unpaused renewal cycle by emailing support@veristriagroup.com. Because Day-1 setup engineering begins immediately upon checkout, the one-time setup fee is non-refundable once dataset curation starts. Governed by Norwegian law (Stavanger/Sør-Rogaland venue).
